  You may cancel any order within 24 hours of successful placement—no questions asked.

• After 24 Hours:
  If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Order number

• Email address used for the order

• Specify whether you wish to cancel the entire order or just specific items

Refund Process

• We will review your cancellation request within 2 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, based on the value of the items canceled.

• The refund will be issued via your original payment method.
